Privacy

Your account details (name, email, and a hashed password), anything you choose to add to your profile, your fight record, goals, journal entries, camps, weigh-ins, training sessions, medical and licence expiry dates, and any media you upload.

We never store your password itself — only an argon2id hash of it, which cannot be reversed.

By default, only you. Your journal and goals are private unless you explicitly share an individual entry with a coach you have linked with. A coach link requires both sides to accept, and either side can end it.

Your promo page is private until you publish it. Once published, the page and any photos you have marked as yours to use become publicly visible. Unpublishing removes both immediately.

For medicals and licences we store only the type of record, who issued it, where it is valid, and when it expires. We do not store the document itself, test results, diagnoses, or any clinical detail.

Where a promotion is shown your status, they receive a statement that a requirement is current and when it expires — never a document and never anything medical about you.

When you upload a photo we re-encode it, which removes embedded metadata including GPS location. Your home and gym locations do not travel with your images.

You tell us what rights you hold in each image. Anything marked uncertain stays in your private library and is never used on a public page or in a generated document.

Fight analysis and coaching are provided by Knox, a separate system. Information is sent to it only when you ask for something, only for that request, and the platform shows you what it would send first. Nothing is synced to it in the background, and your journal is not included.

You can edit or delete anything you have added. Deleting your account removes your profile, record, journal, goals, camps, media, and sessions.

Mavick sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on the platform.
